diet

hi, i've started my diet seriously. before this i've diet but not seriously. just have to cut off my carb food, sweet drinks and eat more veges and fruits. carbs? so many types of it i like. we, the malaysians have our cultural meal, such as rice. we eat rice everyday, 3 times per day. sometimes even more regarding to that person. so think what happened to the total calories there. there even types of rice that u mixed with other ingridients. one of my favs, nasi lemak, very high in calories. hmm...i've to sacrifice, avoid these oily, high cal's thing. just wait for my improvement. wish me luck!!

long day

i went to see my obgyn dr. seems like i'm not pregnant at all. i've already known about it when i test myself neg. but what really upset me down is when she told me that i didn't listened to her to lose my weight. i'm not reduced it but i'm over it! yea..i know that's my fault. this things gives me lessons. i must reduce my body weight if i want to get pregnant. i must have a healthy body to have a baby. god, please give me strength to do this...i think i want to make this success. i can do this!!

hope

i've passed my period for over two weeks now. i wonder wether i'm pregnant or not so i've tried the pregnancy test home and its turn neg. i dunnow what exactly the explanations besides this. i've regular period and missed my period for a long time is a new thing for me. i want to be pregnant so badly but if its turned neg what should i do? just have to wait for my dr to tell me.
